Slide into Sleep
With a new level of comfort. Awake refreshed.
Simply Better Sleep
The Slide treats sleep apnea and snoring by gently sliding your lower jaw forward holding the airway open during sleep.
The Slide is an FDA-cleared Oral Sleep Appliance for adults, used in the treatment of mild to moderate sleep apnea and snoring, as well as for people that cannot tolerate CPAP.
Comfort by Design
The Slide places all of the adjustable components over the biting surfaces of the teeth, away from all the oral tissue. This provides maximum comfort and ease of adjustment. The Slide is small, easily cleanable, simple to travel with, and incredibly comfortable to wear.

How it Works
The Slide is worn during sleep. It gently slides the lower jaw forward and holds it there, opening the upper airway to reduce obstructions while sleeping.
Natural Range of Movement
The jaw is free to move back and forth and side to side, just like they are when not wearing the Slide.
Intuitive Adjustment
Easy-to-change spacers are used to advance the lower jaw.
Slim Profile
The Slide sits between the jaws, not outside them, because comfort and appearance matters.
Ideal for:
- Side or back sleeping comfort
- Appearance with sleek profile
- Alternative to CPAP
Sleep Apnea
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is the most common sleep-related breathing disorder and the cause of many serious long-term health issues. It affects approximately 20% of US adults, of whom about 90% are undiagnosed.
Finkel KJ, et al. Prevalence of undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea among adult surgical patients in an academic medical center. Sleep Med. 2009 Aug;10(7):753-8. doi: 10.1016/j.sleep.2008.08.007. Epub 2009 Jan 30. PMID: 19186102.
What is Obstructive Sleep Apnea?
When someone with OSA is sleeping, their throat muscles relax and cause the soft tissue to collapse, blocking their airway and stopping their breathing. The severity is measured by the average number of times per hour they stop breathing and the percentage that someone’s blood oxygen drops during sleep.
How Can It Affect You?
OSA causes physical symptoms such as snoring, difficulty falling or staying asleep, excessive fatigue during the day, headaches, etc. OSA increases the risk of cardiovascular problems, stroke, diabetes, and motor vehicle accidents.
What You Can Do
Seek out treatment. Discuss your sleep and snoring issues with your dentist and ask them about the Slide. Both you, and your partner, can soon be enjoying the benefits of better sleep.
Behind the Slide
Invented by a Dentist Who Suffers from Sleep Apnea
Dr. Kelly LeBlanc is a dentist who snores and has been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. He has tried many of the existing oral appliances that are available on the market, yet each one had some problem with comfort. Some rubbed and pinched the cheeks, were sharp on the tongue, or irritated the lips. His uniquely designed Slide appliance gives patients one of the most comfortable experiences they can have with an oral device, while enjoying full nights of restful sleep.
Kelly LeBlanc DDS is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
